TV Star Denice Nickerson Taken Off Life Support
At the age of 62, TV star Denice Nickerson, best known for her role as Violet Beauregarde in the 1971 movie “Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory”, has recently been taking off of life support. Denice suffered a stroke where she was then rushed to the hospital emergency room and later taken to the ICU. Family of Denice states that her condition is only getting worse and is making her uncomfortable.
Doctors were able to figure out that Denice developed pneumonia, which is lung inflammation caused by a bacterial or viral infection. This ultimately made it hard for Denice to breathe. Many reports have also shown that Denice had seizures following being diagnosed with pneumonia and is now in pulmonary and respiratory distress. The family of Denice has removed her from life support and is informing her that it is okay to let go.
